The last step to hit the ground running on your transactions is to review and sign our Client Service & Responsibilities Agreement. Once the agreement is signed, you will receive instructions on how to submit your new contracts and listings agreements for processing.

We do not schedule inspections on behalf of our agents at this time. We will ensure to confirm that appointments have been made during the transaction and follow up regarding any reports or invoices.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm. 

Polished Transactions observes all federal holidays. Your transaction coordinator will be offline and spending quality time with family and friends on these occasions during the year: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Additionally, your transaction coordinator will work a half-day on the day preceding Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and December 30th.

Once we receive your fully ratified contract and addenda, we will confirm receipt within 30 minutes and get the ball rolling on our end. Any contracts received after 4 pm will be processed the following business day.

We will add our fee to your broker demand and submit the invoice to escrow before closing. If your brokerage does not permit our closing fee to be paid through escrow, we will send you an invoice to collect our payment 24 hours after closing via Zelle, Venmo, or a personal check.
